Plans & billing

Solo is for a single barber: online booking, built-in payments, memberships, no-show deposits, and reporting — one barber, one shop. Pro adds your whole team (unlimited barbers) plus commission and rent tracking that works out each barber's weekly pay. Legion adds retail product sales and inventory, the Venmo Tip Jar, the client retention engine, multi-admin support, and up to three shops.

New accounts start with a free trial. You add a card when you start the subscription so your shop tools stay active, but you aren't charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.

Upgrading

Upgrades (for example Solo to Pro, or Pro to Legion) take effect immediately so you get the new features right away. Outside of a trial, you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current cycle.

Downgrading

Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period, since you've already paid for it. You keep your current plan and its features until your renewal date, then move to the lower plan automatically. There's no charge or credit at the time you schedule it.

While a downgrade is scheduled, your billing page shows the switch date and a button to keep your current plan if you change your mind.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then ends. You keep access to everything you've paid for until that date, and you won't be charged again.

On Pro and Legion you can add shops beyond what your plan includes from your billing page, for $25/mo each. Solo is a single-shop plan and doesn't add extra shops.
