Gallery

Your gallery is a set of photos of your shop's work, shown on your public booking page. Each photo can be tagged with the barber whose work it is and the service performed, so a client can filter to one barber or one service and book the same look in a tap.

Add photos

1. 1Open Gallery from your shop menu and choose Add photos.
2. 2New photos land in Ready to publish. Tag each one with a barber (required) and, if you like, a service. You can tag the whole batch at once, then fine-tune any photo.
3. 3Choose Publish. Published photos appear on your booking page under See our work.

Let barbers add their own

Barbers with a login get a My Portfolio page where they can add photos of their own work, automatically credited to them (they just pick the service). This is on by default; turn it off under Settings, Barber permissions. Owners and managers always manage the whole gallery and can feature, retag, or remove any photo.

Use the gallery as your banner

Once you have published at least eight photos, you can make your booking page lead with a mosaic of your work instead of a single banner image. Choose it under Settings, Shop details, Landing banner. Star your best photos in the gallery to decide which ones lead.

Limits

• Up to 60 photos per shop.
• Up to 18 photos per barber.
