Reviews

After a completed, paid visit, the client gets a short message asking them to rate the barber they saw, through the same channel they booked with. It is one ask per visit, and a client reviews a given barber only once.

• Ratings are out of five stars, in half-star steps, with a one-star minimum
• Only barbers with a login can receive reviews
• A barber's rating follows their identity, so it stays with them across shops

When a review lands, the barber it is about gets a push notification that opens straight to it. Turn that on or off under New review in your notification preferences.

A barber opens My Reviews to see their own reviews and average. An operator or manager opens Reviews to see the whole shop's reviews, with search and sort, and each review links to the client.

Clients see your reviews on your public booking page.
