Settings
Your shop's profile, booking rules, and closures.
Your shop profile
Your identity settings are what clients see: shop name, timezone, description, phone, address, and photo. The timezone is important, because it sets how times show to clients.
Booking window and notice
- Booking window: how many days ahead clients can see and pick times (default 28)
- Minimum notice to book: how close to a slot a client can still book it
- Minimum notice to cancel or reschedule: the cutoff for changes
Barber Permissions
Barber Permissions decide how much a barber can do without you. The toggles are:
- Manage their own appointments (reassign their own, add time blocks)
- Set their own working hours (unlocks My Hours)
- See the full shop calendar (view every barber's schedule)
- Manage other barbers' appointments (requires the full shop calendar; reschedule, cancel, no-show, reassign anyone)
- Refund their own appointments (otherwise operator or manager only; needs card payments active)
Use your own booking domain
On Legion you can serve your booking page from your own domain. Add the domain in Settings and follow the status as the certificate goes from pending to active.
Holidays and closures
Add a closure for a date or a range and the booking page stops offering those days. Use it for holidays, a deep clean, or a week away.
Client check-in
Post the check-in QR code (or share the link) so clients mark themselves present when they arrive. Check-in also powers the live status dot on the calendar.
